Patt and Darrel consult on each coaching client's expressed agenda. Then one will assume the role of lead coach per client preference and/or agenda. The dual coach arrangement assures that each coaching client seeking a balanced life will have
an expert coach in both domains: home and work! Work and home inevitably overlap. And, just like a family, in a business the wellness of individuals creates optimum performance toward the enhanced success of the whole organizational system. Functional
workplace relationships are a key to organizational excellence and the foundation for implementation of sound business practices and creative work partnerships. And, even when the client focus is strictly business or solely personal life, an unexpected issue in the other domain will receive a prompt, expert response.
With your experts, Darrel and Patt, available in the domains of work and personal life, you can use the Two Headed Coach Approach (2HCA) in five ways:
1. Pose a personal coaching question to your business/executive coach, Darrel for a response by Patt to be provided to you at no additional charge during your next telecoaching session (or ask Patt to consult Darrel about business issues).
2. Split a session, if both coaches are available; a pre-planned 1/2 session with Darrel and 1/2 with Patt at no additional charge.
3. Schedule a trade-off of coaches--- Patt to Darrel or Darrel to Patt for a full session at no additional charge.
4. Arrange 3-way telecoaching, on a limited basis, with yourself and both Patt and Darrel for an additional 90% charge.
5. For Corporate/Executive Coaching, Patt and Darrel can team up on site to coach your workforce and company toward excellence. An employee with a satisfying personal life will generally be a more productive and focused performer.
